Site Update 01.22.10

Posted by UTF Admin on Jan 22 2010 | Timmy Cappello, UTF News

Hello everyone! I hope you all are having a Happy New Year thus far.

I apologize for the lack of updates, but I have been extremely busy with other projects. As a result, I have not kept up with what has been going on with the UTF family. That said, it has come to my attention that Timmy has shut down his message board. I know some of you had established friendships with each other through the board and may want to know how to contact each other. The only method I can think of is to comment in this post. If you chose to do so, you can leave your contact information as comment so you can keep in contact with each other. I hope that helps.

At last, Hulu has updated its Miami Vice video library to include more seasons of the hit series. “Theresa” is the name of the episode that Timmy starred in, which you can watch below.

You can also watch the episode over at Hulu by following this link. Enjoy!

Site Update 12.20.08

After months of neglect, I managed to get a post up on Reverb, UTF’s Official Blog. As a special favor to me, please check out my most recent post at Reverb. Just like I started a grass roots effort of one person for Timmy back in 2000, I’m trying to help with this grass roots effort. I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Update: I updated the link to point to the right place. Sorry about that. Been a long couple of days.

Site Update 12.05.08

I guess I find it odd that this happened, but UTF has been dugg on Digg thanks to this link on the whereabouts of Timmy. In checking the Feedburner traffic I noticed a huge spike in traffic the past three days, and after doing some “digging” around, I realized it was a result of the Digg effect. In some ways, I guess it’s an honor to finally be a victim of the Digg effect, but since I no longer care for Digg, it’s not that big of a deal to me as it would have been a year ago.

Even though I have the WordPress cache plugin active, it’s possible you may have had trouble reaching the site. In any case, I just wanted to let you know that if you experienced some downtime the past couple of days, the Digg effect is the reason why.
